Tuesday 7/27:
9:00-10:00 Black Practice
10:00-10:45 Red and Grey Practice 

Wednesday 7/28 (B CHAMPS SWIMMERS ONLY):
9:00-10:00 swimmers age 11 and up
10:00-10:45 swimmers age 10 and under
