First I'd like to say great job to our swimmers at B Champs last night!  It was a crazy night with all the rain, and I'd like to thank the parent volunteers who continued to help the kids get through the meet.  B Champs results are posted on the website.

A Champs will be on Saturday morning at Crestmont Pool at Reservoir Road & Rubicam Avenue, Willow Grove, PA 19090. (It is across the street from the Cheesecake Factory at the Willow Grove Mall).  Our warm-up time is from 7:15 -7:40  in lanes 5 and 6.  Arrival time should be at 7:00AM to find our team's seating area and to check in with the coaches.

The final practice for A Champs swimmers will be tomorrow at 8:00AM for 11 years old and older and 8:30AM for 10 years old and younger. It is important for all these swimmers to attend practice tomorrow so they can practice the Medley and Freestyle relays.
