Hi Storm Families, 

Time Trials is tomorrow, June 22nd. 

We would like the swimmers to arrive at the following times: 

Swimmers 11 and older (as of June 1st) arrive at 7:15AM and time trials will begin at 7:30AM and will be over around 8:30. 

Swimmers 10 or younger (as of June 1st) arrive at 8:00 if you would like to shop at the personal best table OR 8:30 if you do not need to shop. Time Trials will begin for them at 9AM and be over around 10.

Personal Best will be leaving around 9:00AM so make sure you plan accordingly. 

The HPPA will have snacks and drinks for the swimmers. The coaches will let them know when they can come over to the pavilion to have their snacks. 

IMPORTANT!

We need some parents to help with timing at Time Trials. The coaches will give you the sheets needed, and the HPPA will give each lane a clip board, pen and stopwatch. Thanks in advance for your help to allow this to run as smoothly as possible! See you tomorrow!
