The Liberty League Stroke and Turn Clinic is Tuesday, June 12 at 7:00PM at Glenside Hall (185 S Keswick Ave, Glenside Pa.  Intersecting streets are Waverly Rd and Keswick Ave).  We need 2 stroke and turn judges for each meet.  The opposing team will also have 2 judges.  Please consider going to this clinic so you can help out the team!

We need a parent to serve as the coordinator for Personal Best Ribbons (making sure swimmers are given ribbons as their times improve at meets.  Coach Jess will give meet results to you so you can track the times. See Ami Kirn to get the ribbons that you can record the times on, and then place those in the swimmer's family folder in the information boxes at the pool).

We also need a parent to volunteer to coordinate the team party.  HPPA purchases the pizzas and has those delivered.  We also get all of the utensils, plates, napkins, tablecloths, balloons and flowers.  We really just need you to construct a sign-up poster for families to list what appetizer or dessert they plan to bring.  Families bring their own beverages. The HPPA, along with other volunteers, will help you set up tables and canopies, and then the coordinator oversees the food being dropped off, and just makes sure that it is set up nicely/and disposes of leftovers/or refills paper products as needed).  It is a group effort and families help out!
