    2. New suit: TYR Sagano in RED (girls is DSA7 Diamondfit 610 Red) (boys is SSA7 Blade Slice Jammer 610 Red) Personal Best will be at our timed trials on Fri. June, 22 (7:30 to 9:00 maybe even till 9:30AM) Also they are located at 411 Doylestown Rd., Montgomeryville and 2844 Street Rd., Bensalem.Call ahead to make sure they are open and they have Hatboro Storm’s team suits in stock.Swimoutlet.com is also a great place to shop for suits and goggles and the bungee cord straps for goggles.Swimmers should have at least 2 pairs of goggles for the season.

    III.Team Practices/Intro to coaches: meets and expectations

    1. Pre-Team aka “Thunder” (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) 9:15 to 10:00AM
    1. Pre-team swimmers evaluated each Tues and Thurs practice to see if they may compete in upcoming Wed night or Sat morning meet.
    1. BLACK practice: Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri (7:15 to 9AM) Wed (8 to 9:15AM)
    2. RED practice: Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri (9 to 10:15AM) Wed (9:15 to 10:15AM)
    3. Gray and Lightning: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Wed and Fri (10:15 to 11AM)
    4. FIRST DAY of Practice: Monday, June 18th

      All returning swimmers should show up to the practice they attended last year.We will make adjustments that first week.All new swimmers 11 and older as of June 1st will be evaluated at 8:30AM and will be told which practice to attend starting Tues., June 19th.

      All new swimmers 10 and under (as of June 1st) will be evaluated at 9:30AM and will be told which practice to attend starting Tues., June 19th.

    5. ** New at A Champs: Relay Medleys 8 and under to unlimited. First 10 events of that meet.
    6. Same at A Champs: 6 and under mixed gender relay (at least one swimmer of each gender)
    7. Maps for meets are on the website
    8. Rain does not mean a meet is cancelled.We try diligently to get meets in!
    9. Swimmers need to swim in at least 2 dual meets during the season to be eligible for Champs. Champs cost ($3 per event entry fee, but relays are free if eligible).
    1. Volunteers for Meets and Team Events
    1. A parent or guardian must volunteer at least 2 of the regular season meets.Our HPPA gets a list of volunteers needed for champs from the Liberty League.This year the league will have stroke and turn judges hired to be at both A and B champs.
    2. Stroke and Turn meeting is Tuesday, June 12 at Glenside Hall (located in building next to Glenside Pool)
    3. Volunteer jobs are explained on the website (stagers need clearances)
    4. Team events: Timed Trials, Italian Food Night, Car Wash, Pancake Breakfast, Team Party need volunteers for events and coordinator for Team Party
    5. Personal Best Ribbons: need a coordinator for these
    6. Family info boxes (set near the red slide at swim team closet and sometimes you will see them on a bench near the guard house) Asked by pool management and the borough to never enter the guard house.There will be a screen door there, and only guards and pool management are allowed in and out of that area.
