Hi Storm Families,

Congrats to all of our Storm swimmers who participated in B Champs!  The Liberty League thanks all of the Storm volunteers for their help in moving the meet along well.  Tomorrow’s A Champs Meet at Crestmont Pool (Reservoir and Rubicam Ave., Willow Grove, PA: across from Willow Grove Mall’s Cheesecake Factory).

**Hatboro Storm is hosting the meet so we need help setting up and breaking down the meet.

Swimmers should arrive at 7:00AM at the latest.  We have an early warm up in Lane 6 at 7:15AM.  The meet begins at 8:30AM.

There are programs to purchase ($2) sold by the league at the meet.  These will let you know which lane and heat your swimmer will be swimming in at the meet. The stagers will be lining swimmers up in chairs near the blue slides.  Please on grass behind the starting block area so the coaches and stagers do not have to walk to snack stand or bathroom area looking for swimmers.  There are alternates and those swimmers will replace swimmers that are not present for the event.

***If your swimmer is only coming to Champs to swim in the freestyle relay then you may have your swimmer at Crestmont’s pool by 9:00AM.

There was an issue with our latest shipment from Ribbons Galore with our Personal Best Ribbons.  I need to get new ribbons, so these ribbons will be delayed until some point in August.  I will email out an alert when those will be ready in the guard house in the family info boxes.

• Team party this Sunday night:  the pizzas are ordered (I did order 3 Gluten Free for the families that have ordered those in the past). There will be a sign-up sheet in the entrance to the pool exactly where the pancake and Italian Food Sign-Up sheets were.  Families with last names A to N are to sign up to bring appetizers or salads and families M to Z are to sign up to bring a dessert. 

• All families bring their own drinks. 

• Dinner will start at 5PM and Awards at 5:30PM.  Pool will be open to just Storm swim team from 6 to 8PM.

• If you do not attend the team party you may pick up your awards in the family information boxes.
