Hi Storm Families,

Congrats to all of our Storm swimmers who participated in A Champs this morning at Crestmont’s Pool!  Thank you, families, for waking up early and dealing with the craziness of hosting the A Champs Meet.  The Liberty League appreciates all of the work that we did to make sure that Champs was a success. 

We were fortunate that the rain held off today for the entire meet.  We are hoping the weather stays dry for us tomorrow as well.  An original communication states that the party starts at 3:00PM.  It will not be that early.  The plan is:

• Dinner will start at 5PM and Awards at 5:30PM.  Pool will be open to just Storm swim team from 6 to 8PM.

• People are asking if they can help set up.  If the weather is cooperating I do have the Minute to Win It games we can set up again. Once the pool closes we can maybe have the lane lines in and do some float races like we did last year and have the kids in the diving well playing a water game. Any help with setting those up would be great!

• The pizzas are ordered (I did order 3 Gluten Free for the families that have ordered those in the past). There will be a sign-up sheet in the entrance to the pool exactly where the pancake and Italian Food Sign-Up sheets were.  Families with last names A to N are to sign up to bring appetizers or salads and families M to Z are to sign up to bring a dessert. 

• All families bring their own drinks. 

• If you do not attend the team party you may pick up your awards in the family information boxes.

• Look for some of the excellent pictures that were taken during the season! Our HPPA has printed out over 500 pics.  Please take the pictures you want.  If you have not yet joined Hatboro Storm on Facebook there is a separate page from the “Hatboro Storm Swim Team” page (this is just created as an information page).  The picture sharing page is simply called “Hatboro Storm.”  It has many albums of Storm photos since it is a closed group.  Our families share their pictures on that page.
